Join the Movement: Choose Your Impact
Ballots & Bites: A Fill-Out Party! 🎉
Democracy is better together! Join us for a relaxed, pressure-free gathering where we can power through our ballots, talk through the issues, and enjoy some great company.
CGI Community Ambassador ✨
Some of our most powerful work happens face-to-face. When we set up a table at local farmer's markets, rallies, or community festivals, we aren't just passing out flyers—we're creating space for meaningful conversations, answering questions, and welcoming new neighbors into the movement.
Fight the Flock Work Group📹
As automated surveillance technologies expand in our neighborhoods, community oversight and informed action are more important than ever. The Fight the Flock work team is coming together to build a proactive, community-driven path forward.
Election Protection Team🗳️
You do not need a background in election law to do this. We will provide training and access to experts who can help decode complex policy shifts in real-time.
Local Action: Visibility Brigade
CGI Visibility Brigade
You don't need a huge time commitment to make a difference. A Visibility Brigade needs only a handful of dedicated members to create high-impact, public actions that amplify our message.
Ready to turn enthusiasm into action right away? Let's get to work making our voice visible in the community! - Visibility Brigade "Building Change That Lasts" is back!
Local Action: Shop & Eat Local
Support Our Neighbors: The Power of Shopping Local
For every $100 spent at a local business, roughly $68 stays in the local economy, compared to only about $43 when shopping at a national chain. This "multiplier effect" funds our parks, roads, and local services.
- The "Local First" Rule: Before clicking "order" online, check if a shop in downtown Chandler or Gilbert carries what you need.
- Eat Local: Swap one franchise meal a week for a visit to a locally-owned cafe or restaurant.
- Spread the Word: A positive review or a shout-out on social media for your favorite East Valley gem costs nothing but helps them immensely.
By shopping local, we ensure that our community remains vibrant, diverse, and economically self-sufficient. Let’s keep our investment where our heart is!
